Watercolour Artist based on the South Coast
Bethany Marie Mercer
Bethany is an Artist living on the South coast of England. She creates mixed media and watercolour artworks. Bethany runs workshops both online and in person.
Bethany graduated from Brighton Art College in 2009 and went on to study at Goldsmiths University, London.
She takes her inspiration from everyday natural surroundings from wild flowers and foraging to shells, fossils, windswept beaches and wooded walks. It’s the little things in nature that inspire her. Bethany has always kept a sketchbook and likes to document all of her travels and adventures. This is how the name ‘Sketchbook by Bethany’ came about.
